  • Can we ask some quick questions regarding handyman services?

  • How do we book your services?
    You may book us at: 98392229 or use our HandyConnect MobileApp to book our services. Scheduling our services can be done fuss-free at your convenience!
  • Will you be able to provide a quote before confirming an appointment?
    We try our best to provide a quote. However, due to site conditions and unexpected issues that may arise, the price quoted may subject to changes. You can help us by giving as many details as possible regarding the issue, including pictures or videos. This is for us to better understand the issue in order to provide a more accurate quote or purchase the right materials.
  • Do you charge a fee only for checking without repair work?
    Much as we would love to provide a complimentary checking, we do charge a checking fee. However, should the job be confirmed right after checking, we will not charge additional for the checking fee.
  • How is payment made?
    We love going green so we prefer electronic forms of payment. You may send us your payment via PayNow to: 202116343R or transfer to our OCBC Bank Account No. 717-368740-001.
  • What happens if the issue persists after your visit?
    We will arrange to check the issue and resolve the problem as best as we can.
  • Why have I not heard of you before?
    We advertise very little since a big part of our business already came from referrals of our happy clients. This means we can spend more time focusing on delivering an immense service and less time deciding where we should advertise. This also helps keep our costs low. Please bear this in mind whether you should choose us: The success of HandyConnect relies on word-of-mouth, so please pass the word on.
  • Terms & Conditions
    You warrant that you are the owner, or are entitled to legal possession, of the job site, and that you have the power and authority to enter into this contract and to authorize us to perform the work to be done. Once the services are completed, our handyman will ask you to assess the work carried out and sign the service chit, thus accepting that the job has been done to standard and indicating receipt of goods/materials purchased (if any). Some of the services we offer might require a site visit to be carried out prior to the provision of the services. If such a site visit is required, we will let you know when you make a booking (fees may apply) and will arrange a mutually convenient time for a handyman to visit the property where the services are required to be carried out. If parts or materials are supplied by you and that our Handyman deems that those parts are not suitable, we reserve the right not to install or use the incorrect materials or parts. We offer 30 days’ warranty for all the services rendered. However, should there be any attempted repairs by others, the warranty will be considered as void. Much as we try our best to repair, the extent of the damage may not be restored back to its original condition. For appointments made, please note that we will usually provide a time range for our handyman to reach your premises for eg. between 9am-11am. Please sign on the service chit as proof of job done. Our price quotation is valid for a maximum period of 14 days. Neither of us are liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any causes that are beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, government action or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question. If the delay continues for a period of 30 days, either of us may terminate or cancel the services to be carried out under these conditions.

Payment Policy Please check the work done after completion. We hope to seek your cooperation to make payment before our handyman leaves your premises. We are in collaboration with Atome (a financial institution in Singapore) to provide 3 months' instalment at 0% interest free. You are required to open an account with Atome using a credit or debit card first before using this facility to make payment. Please check with us or Atome for more details on the set up. Otherwise, we also accept payment via bank transfer to our bank account or PayNow to Goodman Enterprise Pte Ltd (UEN No. 202116343R). Please request a receipt from us as proof of purchase.
